Our Promises
In striving for excellence, we felt that it was necessary to develop service standards that would complement and help us fulfill our mission. While crafting these standards, it became apparent that there are multiple stakeholders in our business that are extremely important to us. Therefore, we developed a set of service standards (or promises) for each of these groups.
To our employees:

To our partner agencies:
- We will work diligently to maintain a large and diverse inventory filled with quality food products.
- We will treat each agency as a partner; where you will be given exceptional service, and your needs and concerns will be addressed in a timely manner.
- We take time to recognize and praise those agencies who work alongside of us to meet our mission.
To our donors/supporters:
- We will be good stewards with the financial resources given to us.
- We will ensure that the products donated to us will be properly accounted for and strictly used to further our mission.
- We will manage our resources efficiently and effectively to ensure our sustainability.
To our volunteers:
- We take the time to make sure each volunteer feels like a valued member of our team.
- We provide each volunteer with training, support, feedback, and encouragement, ensuring that we are responsive to their individual needs.
- We take time to recognize and praise our volunteers, knowing that our overall success depends on our individual contribution.
